  as far as i know, the "creation" book is out of print ?, am i right?.

  well, i was searching for new watchtower articles trying to debunk, for instance, human evolution.

  so, i did my homework, for the first time, so as to read past and updated papers and books on human evolution.

  The most absurd thing is that the Watchtower Society still shows in its literature (their Insight Encyclopedia), that Adam was created 6000 years ago:
  

  I haven't checked recently but I get the impression that the Watchtower has dropped their "Weeks within a week" doctrine with the creation days of Genesis being 7,000 years long with a length of seven 1,000 year days each.

  2. Old Earth Creationism: Earth created ? - 4.5 billion years ago. Evolution, maybe.
  3. Theistic Evolution: Earth created 4.5 billion years ago. God directs evolution for his own goals.

  With reference to Outlaw's image on nuclear war I have my own idea on that. I believe that Putin, perceiving that he could take advantage of Trump's incompetence, might think that he could get away with a first strike nuclear war without having more than a few million of his own killed. Trump, in the manner of all bullies, is a coward who does not have the guts to stand up to anyone who can hurt him. In such an event he'll take his presidential jet to some underground bunker in the Caribbean.

  The only one who might counterbalance that would be the vice-president, if he's still alive.

  Those are not impeachable offenses. I think that his vice president and advisors will keep him afloat and clean up every mess he makes.

  As for Republican politicians, they will tolerate Trump so long as they can manipulate him to their own interests. Without Republicans wanting to impeach him the process simply won't happen.

  does any one have any experience with writing to the branch office?

  i know they're busy, but while reading through the shepherd textbook, it says to write to them quite a few times.

  so if a body of elders write to the branch office, whats the usual wait time for a response?

  In 1974 I went to a special talk at the Inglewood Public Forum (Sothern California) to listen to a talk about 1975 from none other than Frederick Franz. He was then vice-president of the Watchtower.

  He specifically said that the end would occur anywhere from a few months to a few years after September of 1975. He specifically excluded the possibility that it would be decades after 1975. Using the logic of the "Adam and Eve gap" he said that if it were to take decades than that would mean that Adam would have been without a mate for that long and that would tempt Adam into bestiality!!!
  

  His statement, in his sing song voice, was: "Would Jehovah let Adam to be tempted into bestiality? Noooo brothers and sisters."

  This statement came from the pinnacle of the governing body thus contradicting what you said about them having not made a direct statement on the matter.

  come on a believer, everyone knows it was you so own up to it and teacher will not be cross!.

  this is exactly what seems to be happening, a believer runs in drops the stink bomb and runs out again...only to pear around the door when he/she deems it safe to do so.
